This is a good product for the money. The only thing I would improve on would be the ability for the door hinges to stop at any point when opening them - they tend to pull themselves closed until you open them halfway, then they tend to swing to fully open. My wife likes to have it somewhere in between to be able to use the mirrors to see the back of her hair. Other than that, a great product - installs easy and serves its purpose well.

The real reason I am leaving a review and giving it 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Zenith. When I originally got the product one of the mirrors had cracked during shipping. I contacted Zenith using the information on a card included with the product. Within a week, they sent out a replacement mirror. However, when I went to install it, I realized that I had told them the mirror on the end door was cracked, and it was actually the mirror on the middle door, so I ended up with three ends and no middle. I contacted them again, saying I'd be glad to pay for a new middle door or ship the end door back in exchange for a middle door. Even though it was my mistake, they were very polite on the phone, then sent me out a new middle door at no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the end door back. They went above and beyond good customer service.

I bought two of these medicine cabinets for my double sink vanity. It is generally a well made product. However, one thing sticks out like a sore thumb is the cavity for hinges which is uncovered and stands out. First I thought
some trim pieces were missing, but later realized you cant put anything to cover the hinge housing because the doors would bind then.
I saw another almost exactly same medicine cabinet. It uses hinges special hinges that allow the hinge housing to be covered with a chrome (or glass) trim. Makes a world of difference. I thought a company that prides in great looks for its products should have paid attention to this detail in otherwise great looking and well made product.

I already had one of these from Amazon that I installed in my bathroom, no problem. I decided to get another one for my kitchen. When my second cabinet came, it had a huge crack running down the mirror! I called zenith customer service, and first they said they weren't responsible and couldn't help me. Then, I reminded them of the warranty in the box. They told me when I called (on a friday afternoon) that they would honor the warranty. Then, they called me back the next monday and said that my particular cabinet mirror was "not in production" anymore. Translation: we're not going to help you.

so then I called Amazon to see if they would back their customer. Amazon did the shipping, and they agreed to send me a new cabinet. This one came, sans crack, but Amazon's brilliant computer system would not let me return the old, cracked one. This week, Amazon told me that I hadn't returned the cracked mirror that they replaced: and they charged me $40 for a mirror that they broke, and then wouldn't let me return.

end result: $40 for a broken mirror, about 3 hours of dealing with customer service agents, and then another $40 for a not-broken cabinet.

I am pissed.

Order the medicine cabinet, it arrived glass cracked. Called and was assured that they would send another one out and it would have clear packing instructions as to the product being glass. I was assured all would be done so the mirror would not be cracked. The second medicine cabinet came and was shattered once again worse than the first time. Called back and said I would give it one more try, this one was so shattered glass was coming out of the packaging. There was no protection in any of the boxes just thrown in the box. Needless to say never never order anything breakable from AMAZON

We bought two of these cabinets for our master bath. We needed extra storage because we floated the countertop, choosing not to have a lower sink (base) cabinet. These are almost as nice as the ones I priced through the bathroom shop at $2,500. The only thing we're going to change is to add some hinges on one door to open further than the standard 90 degrees that the current hinges open. But if you are looking for class and storage, these are great quality for a more affordable price.

The first time I received this product it arrived absolutely decimated. The glass was shattered and the screws were ripped out of the wood. The way they ship and package this item is terrible. So I returned it and received a replacement a few weeks later. This one was a little better. The screws had still been ripped out of the particle board [which the entire item is made out of], the brackets for the doors were bent, and the glass was chipped on the corners. The pre drilled holes to mount the doors on were misaligned by a fraction of an inch, which throws off the entire installation process. I tried to re-drill the holes but since it's particle wood it did not go so well. Needless to say this thing was thrown in the garbage the next morning. Save yourself the hassle, spend $20 more on something nicer from a better company.

For a low-cost medicine cabinet, it is in order. It is used only in the master bath, do not get as much use. When I went to a bathroom in a family, I have to invest a little more money. It only opens by pulling the door closed with a magnetic. Would not use it because it works with children would be fingerprints on it all the time!
